Arbitration 仲裁Arbitration ： Any or all disputes arising from or in connection with the performance of the Contract shall be settled through negotiation by both parties ，failing which they shall be submitted for arbitration，The arbitration shall take place in China and shall be conducted by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in accordance with the rules of procedures of the said commission. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon both Buyer and seller.
